Inspection Information and Tips

Inspections are performed between 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, except holidays. Need an inspection outside of normal business hours? Fill out the form to submit your request.

Here are some other helpful tips for planning your inspections:

  • Preliminary Erosion Control Inspections must be completed prior to Foundation/Footing Inspections.
  • Water Department inspections are (2) business days from the request date.
  • Planning Division inspections are (3) business days from the request date.
  • All other department inspections must be completed prior to the Final Building Inspection.
